are young adults and adults. I often work with actors and other creatives, understanding the unique challenges and joys that come with these lines of work. I see those experiencing different types of grief (anticipatory, disenfranchised, loss of a loved one), anxiety, depression, and life transitions (starting a new job, moving states).

I saw firsthand as a client how transformative, healing, and enlightening therapy could be. Additionally, during my internship in a different field, I came to realize that more than anything, people simply wanted someone to truly listen to them and to sit with them in challenging moments.

I started my practice to offer accessible, high-quality care. I don’t accept insurance so we can avoid the restrictions and complications that often come with it, but I strive to keep my fees fair, possible, and sustainable for both of us.
